MCGS 4″ & 4.3″ HMI: TPC4013EL vs TPC4013Cd vs TPC4013Ei vs TPC4023Ei/Ki
Not sure which MCGS 4″ or 4.3″ HMI fits your panel? This quick guide breaks down cutout sizes and network features to help you pick the perfect model.
- TPC4013EL
- TPC4013Cd
- TPC4013Ei
- TPC4023Ei/Ki
Although C4013EL, TPC4013Cd, TPC4013Ei and TPC4023Ei/Ki all belong to the MCGS small-size HMI series, they differ significantly in screen size, cabinet cutout dimensions and network functions.
| Model | Screen Size | Panel Cutout (W × H) | Key Features |
| TPC4013EL | 4.3 inch | 120mm × 93mm | No Ethernet port |
| TPC4013Cd | 4 inch | 130mm × 80mm | No Ethernet port |
| TPC4013Ei | 4.3 inch | 120mm × 93mm | With Ethernet port |
| TPC4023Ei/Ki | 4.3 inch | 120mm × 93mm | With Ethernet port, Ki is the Wi-Fi version of Ei |

TPC4013Cd HMI
Among them, the TPC4013Cd features a 4-inch screen with a cabinet cutout size of 130mm×80mm and no Ethernet port, making it suitable for basic applications with special size requirements and no network access needed. The other three models adopt a 4.3-inch screen with a unified cutout size of 120mm×93mm.
- TPC4013EL: Without Ethernet port, ideal for cost-effective solutions requiring only serial communication.
- TPC4013Ei: Equipped with a standard Ethernet port, supporting on-site networking and data acquisition.
- TPC4023Ei/Ki: The Ki version adds Wi-Fi function based on the Ei model, perfectly suited for wireless communication scenarios where wiring is inconvenient.
For model selection, first confirm whether the 4-inch TPC4013Cd is applicable according to the cabinet cutout size. Then choose among EL, Ei and Ki based on network demands: select EL if no network is required, Ei for wired network, and Ki for wireless network.
